1) How do i create a Tenn Outdoors account?

You can create a Tenn Outdoors account by clicking the Sign In link at the top of the page and hitting the 'Sign Up' link there.

2) How do i signup to receive the latest information on sales, new releases and more?

At the bottom of everypage is an entry field to enter your email address that will enable you to receive all the latest news and information.

To unsubscribe simply hit the 'Unsubscribe' link at the bottom of the latest newsletter you have received from us.

 Delivery

1) What deliveries do you offer?

We currently offer two delivery options: Royal Mail Special Delivery,and 2nd Class Standard Delivery. We aim to deliver all mainland UK special delivery orders one working day after the day you place your order with us, for orders placed before 12pm (GMT).
2nd Class Standard delivery: We aim to deliver all mainland UK,standard orders in 3-5 working days. However, sometimes during sale periods or other busy periods deliveries may take longer. If you have not received your delivery within 7 working days please contact us. Please note however, that Royal Mail do stipulate that a delivery within the UK isn't classified as missing until 15 working days have passed.

Exchanges/Returns

1) What do I do if an item doesn’t fit?

We offer a very easy exchange and refund policy. If you change your mind within 30 days of receipt of your order, we will gladly exchange it or refund the purchase price, whatever the reason providing that it is returned in perfect re-saleable condition.

 2) Can I get a refund?

Of course you can, if you require a refund, please state this clearly. We normally process refunds within 2 working days of receipt of the item and funds are returned in the same way as the original payment was made.

 Clothing/Sizing

1) How do you size your items?

All sizes and measurements are approximate; however, we do make every effort to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Unless otherwise stated, sizes indicated are UK sizes. Please refer to the size guide for clarification.

2) What is the best way to clean/maintain my Tenn clothing?

It is important to properly care for and clean Tenn's technical cycle clothing, otherwise you run the risk of compromising both lifespan and efficiency of your product. Every item of Tenn clothing has a white care label stitched into it, providing washing instructions so you can maintain your item. Should you have any questions or queries with regardsto caring for your Tenn product, we are always happy to assist.

  3) Are there secret messages on the clothing labels?
